Temperature Loggers
Thank you for your support for our temperature monitoring program. Understanding stream temperatures in our local streams is an important part of the management of wild, self-sustaining trout in the Coulee Region.
Trout Unlimited Science built a website where you can view temperature data.
For up-to-date stream levels and water and air temperatures, use the West Fork Sports Club's stream monitor.

Visit our SHOP to sponsor a logger or to purchase other CRTU gear.
2023 Data
These files (.csv) contain temperature logger data from 2023 from watersheds across the Coulee Region. This is the first year we had deployed temperature loggers.

2024 Data
During the summer of 2024, we placed temperature loggers around the Coulee Region.

2025 Data
In 2025, most of our temperature loggers, along with those owned by the Wisconsin DNR and the University of Wisconsin La Crosse were used to support the comprehensive watershed study in the Coon Creek Watershed.

For streams with multiple temperature logger sites, the order is from upstream to downstream.
